For the New year I proposed a list of 10 affirmations to think through.
If there is one thing I dont like, it is action without guidance.
For the next ten days I hope to elaborate on each action and each affirmation and how we can see that manifest in our lives.
- I choose to be kind and loving to myself right now and throughout the year
You are not perfect. You will never be perfect.
This year in every moment, in every second, at any given breath of time, be kind to yourself.
On days where the grades are not perfect. On days where you fall. On days when you cannot forgive yourself, be kind.
Know that those days are not who you are but merely situations that are occurring. We must not allow you to be bogged down by the struggle season. The hard season.
Take five minutes today, each day, every week, in whatever time you have and.
- write down how you will be kind to yourself
- write down how your body has loved you today
- be kind to someone
- love on someone.
For those who need this, remind yourself that God loves you more than you know and will ever deserve. Show Him that this body that He breathed life into, you will love. Show Him that the soul that He molded you will be kind to.
